1. Do I need to leave a deposit to rent a scooter?

Yes. We ask for a 2,000 THB deposit when you rent a scooter.

You get the full deposit back when you return the scooter.

2. Do I need to leave my passport?

No. We do not keep passports. We only need a photocopy of your passport.


3. Do you deliver scooters to hotels in Chiang Mai?

Yes. For monthly rentals, we can deliver the scooter anywhere in Chiang Mai, including your hotel or apartment.
 

4. Do I need to wear a helmet when riding a rental bike around Chiang Mai?

Yes. The law in Thailand says you must wear a helmet when riding a scooter. We provide helmets for you.


5. Can I ride the rental bike outside of Chiang Mai?

Yes, you can ride outside the city, but please tell us first if you plan to travel outside Chiang Mai.
